Ferd is a privately-owned Norwegian industrial and financial group. We manage our active long-term ownership of Norwegian companies with international potential, and develop investment management operations that invest in a broad range of financial assets.

New types of hedge funds

A significant proportion of the assets managed by Ferd External Managers is invested in hedge funds. This has produced good results, and Ferd is now increasing its investment in hedge funds by establishing an entirely new portfolio. The objective is to benefit from other areas of the hedge fund universe.
